Kenneth Dean Madron
April 28, 1958 - September 15, 2020
Kenneth Dean Madron, age 62, of New Castle, DE, son of Wanda Madron and the late Kenneth L. Madron, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at Christiana Hospital, Season's Hospice after battling Pneumonia and complications due to his Parkinson's Disease.
Ken worked for Edlon Company, Avondale, PA, for a total of 22 years as a Sandblaster until 2017. He had a funny personality about him and could make people laugh; people enjoyed his company. Ken will be remembered for saying, "I'm the handsome man."
Ken loved watching the WWE Wrestling and going to baseball games at the Blue Rocks Stadium here in Wilmington, DE or going to Philadelphia to see the Phillies games. He love collecting Duck trinkets. Ken enjoyed his Church Family and Fellowship at Ministry For Christ Church, Newark, DE. He liked gathering at the New Castle Farmers Market on the weekend with his buddies, John and Dave. Ken mostly love spending time with his daughter, Kaitlyn, whom he was so proud of all her accomplishments
Ken is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kathleen Madron; daughter, Kaitlyn Marie Madron; mother, Wanda Madron; brothers, John Madron and Gerald Madron; nephew, John Madron, Jr; niece, Bethany Lynn Madron; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A visitation will be held Thursday, September 24, 2020, from 9:30-11 AM at Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Rd., Newark, DE 19702 followed by a service in celebration of Ken’s life at 11 AM.
